Student Bowdoin OneCard Accounts can be used for:
Bowdoin OneCard Account balances roll over semester to semester, year to year. Anything remaining when a student graduates is credited back to the student bill (or refunded if there is no outstanding bill).
Students may check their balances (OneCard Account as well as meal plan balance) at any time from the OneCard website.
Students can add funds to their Bowdoin OneCard Accounts online. Students, click HERE to make a payment with an eCheck or credit card (Visa, American Express, or MasterCard), or to set up another individual as an Authorized Payer to make payments on your behalf.
Individuals may also go in as a "Guest Payer" to make a payment without a login ID and password. Authorized Payers and Guest Payers can click HERE to visit the online payment website and then choose "Authorized Payer" or "Guest Payer" on the left-hand side to add funds to a student's OneCard Account. Authorized Payers can see the tuition and fees bill, store payment information to easily make a payment later, and keep track of deposits. (Please note: Only students can check their OneCard balances at this time.)
Students or other individuals who would like to deposit to a student's OneCard Account may also call the OneCard Office at (207) 721-5199 to make a payment over the phone using a U.S. check or savings account, or credit card (Visa, American Exress, or MasterCard).
You may also mail a check made out to Bowdoin College and including a note on the check or with the check specifying the student name, student ID number, and that the check is to add funds to the OneCard Account. Mail checks to Bowdoin College, OneCard Office, 6075 College Station, Brunswick ME 04011-8451.
Funds can be added any time at one of the three automated cash deposit machines (CSVTs) on campus: Coles Tower, Hatch Science Library, Hawthorne-Longfellow Library. The CSVTs accept American twenty, ten, five and one dollar bills.

The Bowdoin OneCard Account is the ONLY payment method accepted at laundry facilities; the machines do not accept coins. See a list of all locations, report a problem with a machine, and more by visiting www.laundryview.com.
There is currently no charge for Bowdoin students, faculty, and staff to print at black and white printers in computer labs, but cards must be swiped to release prints. You may pay for photocopies and for color printing using your Bowdoin OneCard Account. Faculty and staff may contact the OneCard Office for information regarding department copy cards and deparment copy card "shared accounts."
Your Bowdoin OneCard Account can be used to buy snacks and beverages from vending machines with card readers. Cash is also accepted at all vending machines.
